How to do Sadhana

1. Choose an appropriate room in which to sit, making sure no one will disturb you.
2. Spread a clean sheet or mat on the ground.
3. Make a little altar with photos of God and Guru.
4. Light some incense to create a holy ambience.
5. Sing bhajans and keertans. Or, put on a bhajan tape and sing along.
6. With closed eyes, visualize the divine form and pastimes of the merciful couple, Shri Radha-Krishna.
7. Shed tears of longing, intensifying the desire to see Them.
8. When you start thinking of the world, take God and Guru where the mind has gone.
9. Remain in sadhana for at least an hour.
10. As you leave the room, take God and Guru along in your heart.
